Martin has been entrepreneurial since high school. At 20, he founded his first company, raised capital from an angel investor and gained early experience in building a business, managing a team and taking responsibility for commercial results. Alongside this, he worked in residential real estate brokerage, managing transactions from client acquisition through negotiation and closing. He later completed the globally recognized CEMS Master’s in International Management, studying in Prague and Rotterdam, while gaining experience in project management and consulting. He subsequently moved into corporate and real estate financing at J&T Bank and most recently worked at Kearney, advising senior executives on strategy, transformation and complex business challenges.At Kleos Estate, he brings these experiences together across investment strategy, financing, underwriting and investor relations.
